Each of our canvases is custom-printed to your exact image and size specifications, meaning they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

As a small business, we carefully price our products to be accessible – offering generous value while covering material and production costs. Because of this, we’re unable to absorb the cost of returns for custom items where there’s no fault on our part.

✅ When You Can Request a Return or Refund

We will accept returns or offer refunds only in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged

• There is a clear printing fault caused during production

• You receive the wrong product

📸 What to Do If There’s an Issue

If your order has a problem, please contact us at support@diy-canvas.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it. Include:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

• Your order number

We’ll aim to resolve it quickly – usually by offering a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

❌ Not Eligible for Returns

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

• You uploaded a low-quality image that resulted in a blurry or pixelated print

• You changed your mind after placing your order

• You made an error when choosing the size or orientation

• The issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery

⚠️ Cancellations

Because we often begin production shortly after you place your order, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of ordering. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
